Weddings at Barncastle ~
Barncastle is a perfect year-round venue for events from 10 to 150 guests. Intimate wedding ceremonies, from 10-40 guests, can be held fireside on the landing of the grand split stairway, followed by cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the parlor, sunroom and pub and a seated reception in the library.

The North Lawn is ideal for tented ceremonies and receptions for up to 150 guests.

• The fee for use of the hotel and grounds is $2000 per day.
• All 5 rooms in the hotel must be booked for the night of the event at a discounted rate of 10% off. As always, Saturday stays in July and August require a two night minimum stay.
• A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to reserve the date for your event. The remaining $1000 use fee is due 7 days prior to the event along with the final head count and any last minute details.
• Standard room deposit and cancellation policies apply.
• Our wedding coordinator is available at a rate of $30/hour.
• If you choose another planner please provide us with a written itinerary 30 days prior to the event.
• Our property and grounds are covered by our Maine State liquor license. All alcohol must be purchased through Barncastle in accordance with our license.
