Barncastle Reservation Policies ~

• Rates include a continental breakfast and daily housekeeping service.
• During July and August there is a two-night minimum on Saturday stays.
• 7% Maine Meals and Lodging Tax will be applied to all rates.
• Your room will be ready for your arrival at 3:30 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. Please contact us in advance to request an early arrival or late departure time.
• Smoking is allowed outside only, in designated areas.
• We are happy to accommodate service animals.

A reservation is confirmed when a deposit is received. A deposit equal to one night, or 1/3 of your stay, whichever is greater, is required. Deposits may be made through Visa, Master Card, Discover, or personal check.

Deposits will be refunded, less a $10 processing fee, for cancellations made seven days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made within seven days of the scheduled arrival date. Guests departing in advance of their scheduled departure date will be charged for the time reserved, unless the space is subsequently filled by another guest.
