Blue Hill is at the center of a long stretch of Maine’s unique coastline, a short drive from bustling Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park and just minutes from the boat building community of Brooklin. Nearby Deer Isle is host to Haystack Mountain School of Crafts and the fishing village of Stonington, where the mail boat departs daily for Isle au Haut.
